Meet in Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to Collective Bargaining.
Motion: Move to go into Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining and that the Chair declare that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the body, and to reconvene in Open Session.
(Chair makes a separate declaration that an Open Meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the body.)
